Reid Stores LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead Crosby’s-style daily store operations and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the Team Leader, supervise associates, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. This position emphasizes teamwork and accountability, with opportunities for growth and responsible payroll support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise and coach store associates; assist with scheduling and staffing.
• Deliver prompt, friendly service and resolve customer issues.
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and inventory processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards; ensure safety and compliance.
