Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations, support the Team Leader, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll supervise team members, maintain standards, and drive store success in a dynamic NY location.

You will oversee customer experience, store operations, and administrative tasks while promoting growth opportunities and maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Experience preferred.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Assist with daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support store associates; assist with scheduling.
• Support inventory management, audits, and reporting; ensure accurate cash handling.
• Promote Crosby’s Rewards and maintain store safety, cleanliness, and branding.
