Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support our expansion across the United States. You will oversee store opening/closing, ensure operations run smoothly, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead a team of Brand Associates, model company values, and report to the Store Manager. You’ll drive sales, maintain a clean and safe store, support marketing events and RoboShop initiatives, and apply data-driven insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store leadership experience in retail.
• Ability to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver great experience.
• Ability to use data and metrics to back up decisions.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates and set expectations.
• Act as manager on duty to deliver results and positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe store environment.
• Drive sales and meet KPI metrics (conversion, units/transaction).
• Support marketing events, store openings, and RoboShop initiatives.
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers and staff.
