Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support expansion across the United States. You will lead a team, ensure excellent in-store experiences, and uphold store processes with a sharp eye for detail.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a hands-on approach to visual merchandising and operations. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain a safe, clean environment, and implement company standards across our POP MART stores.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Brand Associates and develop talent.
• Act as manager on duty delivering results and great experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment for customers and staff.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs such as store conversion and units per transaction.
• Support marketing events and in-store activities.
• Oversee merchandising and visual standards per store size.
