Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams, drive sales, and uphold brand standards at our Roseville location. You will hire, train and coach staff, while partnering with the Store Manager to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication and operational excellence, including omni-channel fulfillment. Prior management experience and a cosmetology license are favorable but not required in every

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
Can effectively communicate with team and management.
Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

Hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales and KPIs.
Oversee store operations and maintain brand standards including merchandising, marketing and dress code.
Develop strategies to achieve KPIs and financial targets through analysis and planning.
Support Store Manager in all duties when the Manager is not present.
Ensure omni-channel strategies and store processes (SFS/SDD/BOPIS) are utilized.
