Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and partner with the Store Manager to lead a team. You will foster a customer‑centric environment, manage inventory, and drive profitability through effective staff development and customer relations.

You will also analyze financial statements, promote the business, and assist in achieving store goals. The role includes earning commission on productivity and a performance bonus based on store results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Assistant Store Managers will work 40+ hours per week; flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations alongside Store Manager to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Train Pawnbrokers and recruit top talent.
• Open/close the store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.
• Monitor loan qualifications and ensure high standards in transactions.
