Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute strategies.
• Implement floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Monitor payroll targets by ensuring appropriate selling coverage.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to managers and associates.
