Acima LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales through customer-centric leasing solutions. You will partner with the Store Manager to manage credit turn-downs, process web orders, and convert applications into Acima Leasing customers.

You will review lease applications, promote Acima benefits, and help grow store performance across partner locations while delivering exceptional service to customers and partners alike.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

• Driving customer growth through appropriate channels (web, partner stores, walk ins).
• Listening, identifying, and fulfilling all customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, benefits, the application process, and beginning-to-end of the application process.
• Closing the sales cycle by converting applications that include in-store and web orders.
• Working as a cooperative team member with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects.
• Reporting to and communicating with the Store Manager regarding store and coworker activities and performance.
