Job summary

Acima seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and managing accounts at a partner store location. You will educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, process applications, and convert them into Acima credit customers while delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with partner stores, assist with day-to-day operations, and help achieve store targets while maintaining a positive work environment and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and close sales.
• Ability to collaborate with store staff and partner locations to drive results.
• Experience using standard office software for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through in-store, web, and partner-store channels.
• Explain Lease-To-Own terms, payments, and application processes to customers.
• Convert applications into approved Acima credit accounts and close sales.
• Collaborate with store teams to meet sales and performance targets.
• Provide excellent service and resolve customer issues promptly.
