Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise store associates, support the Store Manager, and help drive exceptional customer experiences and sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards, scheduling, and omni-channel fulfillment. A cosmetology license is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates; recruit and build a network of candidates when needed.
• Ensure execution of company processes including omni-channel fulfillment and store operations.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain safety, policy compliance, and asset protection.
