Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates’ daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales/KPIs.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit and build a strong candidate network, coach and mentor staff, ensure policy adherence and keep associates informed.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes, support digital strategies, manage inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain a safe store environment and protect company assets, follow cash control and shrink reduction practices.
