Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager in a retail environment to lead store associates, uphold brand standards, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, train staff, and manage daily operations, including inventory and omni-channel processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail and at least 1 year in management, with strong communication and scheduling flexibility. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee brand standards, merchandising, and customer experience in-store to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead hiring, training and development of store associates.
• Manage store operations, inventory, and Omnichannel fulfillment.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and peers to meet company objectives.
