Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: Supervise and plan associates' daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales/KPIs.
• 30% People: Train and develop teams; recruit to build a strong candidate network; coach and counsel; uphold company policies.
• 30% Operations: Ensure execution of company processes; support digital strategies; manage inventory and payroll hours; handle opening/closing procedures.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment; protect assets; ensure compliance with reports, shrink, banking, and hazmat training.
