Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, greet customers, and ensure merchandise is well-organized on the sales floor and stockroom.

You will support the Store Manager in training Store Associates, maintaining store standards, and protecting company assets while following policies. This is a part-time role with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
