O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Jacksonville, FL to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the store team during shifts and in the manager's absence, ensuring high service levels.

The position encourages bilingual candidates and emphasizes training, hiring, coaching, and driving store performance through consistent execution of programs and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and automotive parts sales.
• Ability to lead a team during shifts and manage store operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities encouraged.
• Strong organizational and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service and programs like Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, etc.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and support hiring and interviews.
• Mentor and coach team members and ensure proper training completion.
• Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely, friendly manner.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage security procedures.
