Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Milwaukee, WI to lead customer service excellence and ensure regulatory compliance across boutique brands including Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, and Cash Store.

This role requires handling cash, supervising daily operations, and delivering a high standard of customer experience. Responsibilities include educating customers on products, resolving issues with management support, and performing daily cash management and compliance

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Must have own personal reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance.

Responsibilities

Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and meet their needs.
Escalate issues to the store manager or corporate office when needed.
Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
Handle and count currency, balance cash drawers, and manage deposits.
Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) accurately per policy.
Complete compliance trainings and quarterly requirements.
