Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and options to meet needs.
• Interact with customers to confirm information and resolve complaints.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the District Director of Operations.
• Handle currency and cash deposits; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliant transactions per policy and regulations.
• Coordinate operations, staff development, and training to hit metrics.
• Assist with scheduling and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
