Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by presenting options and educating them on products and services.
• Handle cash, balance cash drawer, and process transactions according to policy.
• Answer inquiries via telephone and in person, escalating issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Travel to stores within the district and support shifts as required.
