O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. The role involves leading the team during shifts, driving service programs, handling staffing and interviewing, and ensuring timely processing of orders and returns.

Responsibilities include supervising the showroom, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Formación

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure team executes service programs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to staff peak hours and manage shifts.
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing and selection of qualified team members.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed promptly and customers are informed of shipments.
• Ensure returns are processed efficiently with proper refunds and documentation.
• Oversee opening/closing duties including cash handling and security checks.
• Maintain store building, parking lot, signage, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
