Qualifications

• Sales specialist training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification required.
• RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling to cover peak hours and weekends.
• Support hiring processes with interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders, returns, and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, schedules, and security measures.
