Job summary

Crosby’s is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations. In this role, you’ll support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.

You’ll play a key role in supervising team members, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring every customer has a great experience—every day, every time.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends and 3 evenings per week
• Serve Safe certified preferred
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reports

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per Crosby’s standards
• Promote Crosby’s Rewards enrollment
• Drive sales through suggestive selling
• Assist with daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
• Train, coach, and support store associates
• Assist with scheduling and staffing
• Support inventory and cash handling procedures
• Follow safety and company policies
