Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll assist the Team Leader in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and driving store success.

You will supervise team members, oversee staffing, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies while supporting merchandising and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Retail/store operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Train and coach store associates and manage scheduling.
• Deliver prompt customer service and handle complaints when needed.
• Assist with inventory control, cash handling and payroll reporting.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
