Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities and help organize merchandise from delivery to sales floor.

You will train and supervise store associates, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and ensure policies are followed. This full-time role is based in Rahway, NJ with potential for growth within the store team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
