Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all areas of store leadership, including hiring, coaching and driving sales performance. You will supervise associates, maintain brand standards, and oversee daily operations in a fast‑paced retail environment that emphasizes customer experience and omni‑channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
Can effectively communicate with team and management.
Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager with hiring, developing and leading store associates to deliver a superior customer experience.
Oversee store operations and maintain brand standards, merchandising, and omni‑channel initiatives.
Support planning to achieve KPIs and financial targets through analysis and action planning.
Lead and coach associates, ensuring adherence to policies and performance expectations.
Ensure safety, loss prevention and proper cash handling; manage payroll hours and scheduling.
