Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• 1+ year prior management experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives

Responsibilities

• Oversee brand standards and store presentation to maximize sales and customer loyalty
• Lead and develop store associates, recruit when needed, and coach performance
• Ensure execution of store processes, including omni-channel fulfillment and daily operations
• Manage inventory, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and adherence to company directives
• Maintain safety, loss prevention, and asset protection through proper procedures
