Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring by scheduling and participating in interviews.
• Ensure shop operations are efficient and compliant with policies.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.
