Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and store operations. You will lead a team of partners on the showroom floor, coach performance, and ensure a welcoming customer experience aligned with Boot Barn standards.

This role focuses on merchandising, inventory, schedule adherence, and training to grow individual careers while meeting stores goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a retail team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop partners on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, provide coaching, feedback, and recognition while on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan and execute events and ensure merchandise presentation meets company standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory, scheduling adherence, and adherence to company policies.
