Boot Barn is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to support the Store Manager and District Manager in driving sales, coaching partners, and maintaining exceptional customer service. You will lead floor activities, manage merchandising standards, and implement store policies while fostering a collaborative, community-focused environment.

The role emphasizes partner development, scheduling, inventory control, and executing local events to boost volume and loyalty program participation.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent retail management experience.
• 2–4 years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to coach and lead a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture.
• Coach and provide feedback to store team; lead on-floor during peak hours.
• Plan and execute partner training to improve store performance.
• Collaborate on scheduling, hiring, and policy communication with leadership.
• Communicate localized customer needs to Store Manager.
• Plan and execute local community events to drive volume.
• Drive loyalty program engagement and achieve team goals.
• Maintain stock levels, merch adjacencies, and presentation standards.
