Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will partner with the Store Manager to lead the store leadership team and cultivate an environment that supports Boot Barn’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, developing partners, merchandising standards, and achieving store sales goals. You will work with District leadership to drive year-over-year improvements and productivity.

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide coaching and recognition of excellence; be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs; adjust schedules and train staff.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, signing, and assortments to meet customer needs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and time & attendance standards.
