Job summary

You will lead daily operations, educate customers on financial products, and ensure accurate cash handling. The role requires 1+ year in sales or service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager and district office when needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in compliance with regulations.
• Balance cash deposits and cash drawer; assist with end-of-day reconciliation.
• Complete customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Attend required trainings and complete quarterly I Agree.
