Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Collaborate with the store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, returns, and invoicing are processed accurately and timely.
