Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Ensure inventory, sales statistics, and expenses are managed to maintain profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain awareness of inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per policy manuals and training.
