Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility in the Store Manager's absence; supervises staff as needed.
• Participate in recruiting, training and evaluation of store personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability in all departments.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold policies and standards as listed in manuals and policies.
• Protect company assets and maintain internal control procedures; report suspected fraud risk.
