Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act in the Store Manager's absence and assume supervisory duties.
• Assist in personnel recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain quality customer service across departments.
