Janie and Jack LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the sales team, and drive KPI achievement while delivering an engaging shopping experience for customers.

You will support the General Manager, develop action plans, train staff, manage visual merchandising, and ensure excellent customer service across shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years retail sales experience with management experience (preferred).
• Experience meeting/exceeding sales and profits targets.
• Training skills to elevate the team’s product knowledge and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in day-to-day store operations and KPI achievement.
• Develops action plans with the General Manager to meet objectives and timelines.
• Coaches staff to improve selling opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Creates/manages visual merchandising strategies and floor layout to increase sales.
• Leverages tools/resources to enhance the customer experience.
• Motivates the team to meet/exceed hourly, daily, and weekly goals.
