You will coach and motivate the team, implement merchandising strategies, manage floor plans, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment and readiness for peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Training skills to elevate product knowledge and selling skills.
• Experience implementing merchandising strategies and changing visual sets.
• Availability nights, weekends, and holidays; able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in day-to-day store operations to meet KPIs.
• Develops action plans with General Manager to achieve objectives and timelines.
• Leads by example to drive sales and customer experience.
• Creates and updates visual and merchandising strategies to increase sales.
