The role requires 2–4 years of retail sales with management experience, strong coaching, merchandising skills, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years retail sales experience with management experience.
• Experienced leadership with demonstrated experience in meeting/exceeding sales and profits.
• Training skills to elevate the team’s product knowledge and selling skills.
• Experience implementing merchandising strategies and changing visual sets.
• Acts with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.
• Available when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in managing day-to-day operations to meet KPIs.
• Co-operates with GM to develop action plans and meet objectives and timelines.
• Leads by example in sales generation with strong customer focus.
• Creates and implements visual merchandising strategies to increase sales.
• Utilizes tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Motivates the team to achieve hourly, daily, weekly goals.
• Builds a positive, inclusive work environment and recruits when needed.
