The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering a safe, positive shopping experience for customers and associates in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions.
• Assist with merchandise organization and transfers from delivery to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Help in payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention tasks.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing associates.
