Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Retail/store management experience preferred in grocery/drug env.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain promotions and displays.
• Assist in ordering, damage processing, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, stocked store and secure assets.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing associates.
