FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kansas City, MO to help lead daily store operations and drive customer satisfaction. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop staff, recruit talent, and maximize financial performance.

The role involves analyzing financial statements, promoting asset protection, and driving new customer acquisitions while handling a variety of merchandise and loans. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise others and lead a team.
• Experience working with firearms is required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills are needed.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic office equipment.
• Must be computer-literate and able to use common software.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-centric environment and resolve issues promptly.
• Train pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit and retain top talent and manage store operations.
• Open/close store, count cash, and protect assets.
• Manage loans, inventory, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze store financials to meet profitability goals.
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash operating standards.
• Oversee loan qualifications and buying processes.
• Complete training and handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
