Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to supervise others and lead a team.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience with firearms certification is a plus and training is provided.
• Strong cash handling, POS and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and maintain a customer-centric environment.
• Recruit and develop store staff, monitor performance and training.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers and protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising and store systems.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability with the team.
