CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador across Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands in the district.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, education on products, and regulatory compliance while supporting store leadership. Responsibilities include handling cash operations, processing transactions, and providing proactive customer support.

Formación

• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and explain solutions to ensure customers feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and complete transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete compliance trainings.
• Others as assigned.
