• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the showroom customer service programs and team member execution.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and ensuring training updates.
• Assist in hiring processes, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all store operations, including returns, invoicing, and transfers, are handled efficiently.
