Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required/desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels at the showroom, ensuring team execution of customer service programs.
• Assist the store manager with hiring tasks, interviewing, and staff development.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accurate processing of returns, transfers, and stock.
