O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role covers leadership during shifts, staff development, and hiring activities, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing staffing needs, and ensuring efficient processes across buy online/ship to store, transfers, and returns.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team execution of service programs.
• Ensure staffing at the sales counter during peak hours and coach team members on goals and training.
• Assist in hiring, recruiting tasks, interviewing, and candidate evaluation with management.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
