Potato Corner is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver outstanding customer service during assigned shifts. You will lead a team, manage opening and closing procedures, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

In this fast-paced role, you will coach staff, handle cash and inventory, and partner with management to hit sales targets while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications
