Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bal Harbour Village boutique. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and support front-line staff to deliver a premier client experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail supervisory roles, preferably in luxury retail, with strong communication and teamwork skills; weekend and holiday scheduling, inventory control, and familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience; luxury experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Strong communication, customer service, relationship-building, and team coaching skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; a foreign language is a plus.
