Aursociety in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced fashion environment, motivate the team, engage guests, and elevate the brand experience through proactive, creative leadership.

You will supervise daily operations, drive sales to monthly goals, mentor associates, and ensure a high-energy, guest-centered shopping experience from opening to closing.

Qualifications

• Must have retail leadership experience.
• Must be able to travel for training opportunities & new store set up as needed.
• Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders & squatting as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Purpose
