You will drive profitability, maintain exceptional visual presentation, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and performance management. Strong knowledge of POS and office software, plus a mindset for market trends, is essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty retail, business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, commercial awareness, and business acumen.
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and common office software.
