Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive merchandising execution, and optimize profitability. You will supervise a store team, coach associates, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding health and safety standards.

The role emphasizes internal advancement, training programs, and a dedication to store performance. Experience in retail management and a valid driver's license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have at least one year of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
• Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures; ensure products are in-stock.
